About the studio

Hi, I'm Sherday.

I'm an AI business strategist. I help owners get recurring work off their plate: I look at what is consuming their time, build the system that carries it, and show them how to run it — so the business stops depending on how much energy is left at the end of the week.

Brilliant people don't have a planner problem. They have a systems problem.

Most owners I meet are not disorganized. They are carrying repeatable work that was never handed to anything else — the intake, the reminders, the quotes, the reporting. It lives in their head and their hands, so the business only moves at the speed of their energy.

That is the work I replace. Physical, repeated effort becomes system work: a written process, a place for it to run, and an AI agent that does it the same way every time — without being reminded, and without needing a perfect week.

I am a hairstylist first, which means I have never had the luxury of a tidy schedule. I have four children: two teenagers and two toddlers, and one of them is a cheerleader. I work out every day, I pray every day, and I am an active member of my church.

The systems I build are made for people with real diaries, real clients, and real families like mine.

How I work

Four principles, no exceptions.

Systems before software

If the process is unclear, an agent only makes the confusion faster. We write the process down first, then hand it over.

Build inside your stack

You keep your tools and your data. We work in GoHighLevel, Claude, ChatGPT, Base44, Canva, and whatever already runs the business.

One system at a time

A working system beats a roadmap of five. We ship the first one, then decide what is next.

You own it at the end

Documentation, prompts, and training are handed over. You are never locked into me.

Who this is for

Companies, owner-led businesses, and real households.

The same method scales from a five-person team to a single parent running four schedules. The difference is scope, not standard.

Start with a clarity session, not a contract.

The Business Clarity Call is $197: what to hand off first, what it saves you, and what the build actually costs. You leave with the map whether or not we work together.
